I walked into Fullerton Ford on an early Saturday morning with an idea of the car I wanted to buy, the Ford Bronco Sport.  That’s when I met John Caruso, one of the salesmen.  John took the time to go over the various trim levels, pointed out pros and cons of each model and helped me go from there.  He let me look over all the trim levels available and let me test drive a few.  I was hooked on the Cactus Grey Big Bend addition.  John’s easy going nature made me feel comfortable closing the deal on the spot.  John provided proactive feedback during the time from deposit until pick-up.  I will definitely recommend Fullerton Ford to my friends and have them specifically ask for John as he was great!

Really enjoyable experience at Fullerton Ford! John Seymour was super helpful throughout the entire process.  We were looking at two cars for which he set up the test drives quickly allowing us to be efficient with our time. He was also very knowledgeable on the features of both cars which allowed us to determine the right choice for us. On my first visit, he did not get urgent or pressure me to make any purchases that day. Instead, he focused on getting to know my needs and even what my dream car looked like.
