10 out of 10 experience! I had to take my 2017 Rogue in for service, I had a recall and my check engine light was on for the 1st time. Julian was my service advisor and the service was top notch! He communicated with me and kept me up to date on timelines with my car, he followed up to see if my extended warranty was still active and helped get my repairs covered. Their online inspection link is awesome too, they verify that it’s your car and show you everything they inspected and the condition it’s in with pictures and videos. The new gold standard in my opinion ????

Great experience! Frederick was a wonderful help and guide through the whole process! Knowledgeable in his field and showed me things in my car I would’ve never discovered otherwise! As well as Jeff and another fine gentleman (whose name I didn’t can’t I’m sorry!) all three of them even late into the night got us out of there with an awesome vehicle!
