I had been looking online but got overwhelmed by all the options, so I called Keith (he had helped me with my last car too!) When I walked into the showroom I saw exactly what I wanted… I always assumed the cars in any dealership showroom were surely out of my budget but when I told Keith he said let’s make it happen. And he sure did!
I opted for the tire package during signing and good thing, cause these LA roads are tough. I got a nail in my tire within the first month, brought it in, and was on my way quickly thanks to Tommy.

I was shopping around for a XC 90 plugin hybrid and had a great experience at Galpin. Elizabeth took me to their huge lot and we saw many cars with different color combos and specs. That was very helpful for me since I was not sure about the colors and trim. We went for a test drive and she patiently explained to me all the new technology features and how to use them. That really helped me to finalize on all the specs that I want in the new car. Overall a very pleasant and helpful car buying experience at Galpin.
