I had a very good experience today at Ganley GMC in Strongsville.I was returning a lease and leasing another vehicle. Emmett (Sales Consultant) and Josh (Financing) were friendly and helpful. I got the Terrain I was looking for and at the price that satisfied my expectations. It was a low pressure experience and both were knowledgeable easy to talk to. All the paperwork was completed quickly and all my questions were answered. I would highly suggest stopping in and working with their team.

Hello, I purchased your 2021 Certified Traverse on Tuesday evening. After looking and looking for a car that had everything this one does, with low miles and a good price this one popped up. I was surprised that you had priced it so low. I couldn't pass it up, after the initial test drive. My Salesman Mr. Lyons was very patient with me as I worked through the details and all while my kids were at the dealership. It isn't everyday that you meet a salesman that isn't pushy. He did not push me. He did not force to sway me into purchasing it. He did the opposite which was all the more reason, I felt comfortable buying it. Mr. Lyons, thank you for the wonderful car buying experience. I definitely will be using your services again. I also appreciated the time he took working with my special needs son, while I worked with Amber. He has a gift! I highly appreciate this.

Update: I was unable to add an additional review. I felt something off with my brakes. I had the car less than a month. I called service, and they were kind of enough to get me in. They realized my rotors needed changed. John and Nate, without hesitation took care of me. I was thankful the used car manager and service team handled free of charge and washed my car. I appreciate this, especially with it being sold as is.  Thank you again for your willingness to help me.

Overall great experience. Found the vehicle online and filled out the purchase inquiry form. Within 5-10 minutes received a phone call about the vehicle and that unfortunately it had sold but they had another one in a different color but with the same options. Scheduled to come out and test drive it with Emmett, who was very helpful in the whole process.
Would definitely recommend and purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

This was probably the best experience I have had while buying a car! Steve was excellent at making me aware about all of my options and the specifications of the car I was interested in without being pushy at all. He was a very down to earth, easy to work with salesman! Josh, the finance manager we worked with was also great! He went over everything with us in very easy to understand terms and he made it a very chill, welcoming environment. Will definitely be recommending them to people!
