While traveling through Bay City after camping, we stopped at Garber Ford. I had been shopping online for newer model used cars in my budget and found a Ford Escape that fit the bill. I was impressed by the salesperson, Charles, as he greeted us promptly and warmly. The car was as advertised, fairly priced, and very clean. Charles was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient.
