My Infiniti Q50's transmission broke down when we were visiting family in Albuquerque from out of state.  Initially, we brought it to another car repair shop and were told we would need a new transmission costing almost $10,000.  We got a second opinion at Garcia Infiniti, and they were able to fix the transmission without a putting in a new one, saving us many thousands of dollars!  The service manager, Leonard, was so great to work with.  He was able to get our car fixed much faster than was estimated, which we were very grateful for as we were stranded in the city.  He also called to follow up with us after we drove back to Texas to make sure we arrived with no car issues.  I'm so glad we found Garcia Infiniti and can't recommend them enough!

I’ve been a customer of Garica Infiniti for years now having purchased my 2014 Q50, along with my mother having purchased two vehicles from Garcia as well, her current vehicle being a 2012 QX56 and 2005 FX35 previously.

We have always taken our Infiniti’s to the dealership for peace of mind knowing Garcia Infiniti will handle our vehicles with care and keep them running in tip top condition. Leonard N., our service advisor, has always been attentive, professional, and welcoming each time I’ve needed my car or my mother’s car serviced and he is the main reason for our continued loyalty to this dealership. Additionally, Garcia Infiniti has always provided us with a loaner vehicle which is a great incentive, as we travel from Santa Fe and having a loaner for a few hours is appreciated. Having spoken to friends and family about the dealerships they visit they don’t offer loaners, but rather a shuttle or Uber/Lyft discount, which I shocking and unacceptable.

I would recommend Garcia Infiniti to my family, friends, and colleagues without question, as they are customer oriented and provide a great experience.

Should be ten stars (10/10). This dealership, and its service lead Mark, quietly demonstrated the spirit of New Mexico and what it takes to be a stellar dealer.   On a cross country trip in mid-June 2024, my QX80 picked up a nail 100 miles west of Albuquerque.  With a slow leak we needed to stop.  We called ahead and arranged with Mark to stop at Garcia for repairs thinking it might be impossible to fit us in.  Not only did the dealer fit us in, they took the car right away, kept us informed, fed us snacks and coffee (incl dog treats) and fixed the problem.   In the wait room Mark returns and says "ok - good to go, here's the key".   No charge, just a handshake and we continued all the way to Portland, ME.  Thank you Mark and to the Garcia group.   We need more guys and outfits like you.   Needless to say, we're Infiniti lifers.

The staff at Garcia Infiniti turned the terrifying task of buying my first car into a lovely experience. It helps that the car is marvelous, but their care and attention to detail and genuine helpfulness made the experience extremely nice.
