Great people to work  with. My wife Brittny just purchased a 2009 Tucson from them. There very honest. They have nice clean good cars. They worked with me on the price and fixed the few minor concerns I had. They don't pressure you to buy nothing. She was approved but at a high interest rate. They sent her to the right place to get a very low interest rate and didn't have to do that. There customer service is out of the park excellent.  We went to about 6 dealerships b4 going to them. By far Garfields is the best around.

We purchased a vehicle for my daughter in January this year. Within the first month and a half, we had $3,600 in repairs to make sure it was safe for her to drive, and thought we were out of luck because we bought it “as is”. We received the title after 30 days and discovered it was a branded title for Odometer discrepancies. Again, we thought we were just out of luck.
When my daughter turned 18, she decided she wanted to get a vehicle on her own. She found her dream car at Garfield Auto. She had planned to use the other vehicle as a trade in. When the super people at Garfield Auto ran the Car Fax on her old car, they discovered it was much worse than just odometer discrepancy. We followed their suggestion to file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General, and the folks at Garfield offered to help us if we needed it. They thought we could get a least some of the money we were out for the old car, we ended up getting IT ALL BACK! And my daughter got her first car! A safe and reliable car THANK YOU GARFIELD AUTO! You all certainly went above and beyond.

This is the best car dealership I've ever been in contact with, I called in after having trouble at other lots and spoke to Phil, he seemed so upbeat and excited to help. He told me he would "bet me lunch " he could help me and find me a car. The car I had had a bad ECM so the furthest I could drive to was work (2 min drive). When I let him know this he went as far as offering me a ride just to get me to Garfield. I got to Garfield at 9 this morning, and I left at 12 with my 2019 Chevy Sonic, I would recommend ANYONE to Garfield,  great, respectful, timely people.
