I was disappointed.  I paid $2,200 to get a new catalytic convertor and my air conditioner fixed. Engine light on again a day after 6 weeks broken down and in the shop.  Turbo.  Quoted $1200.  Repair $1600.  Met me the middle for $1,400.  Air conditioner still yet another repair.  I’m broke.  Used my savings up.

So very friendly and helpful!! Glad I chose to come to Madras and NOT Bend!  Everyone there from the time I checked in and out again were courteous and extremely helpful!  I was told that the rack rails were higher than my old GMC and that they whistled because of it and they could not replace them under any warranty that I had (it is a 2023).  They let me stand in the office and he researched what I needed and where I could go to find them in Central Oregon...now that's caring service!
I will be back for all of my maintenance needs...!
