Went in to get a spare key/fob for a used Jeep we purchased at another dealership. Was going to schedule an appointment to get it done & programmed. The service manager got us in right then & there AND told us about an open recall & had the part in stock. We were in & out in 45 minutes! A great experience with them!!

My Pacifica Van  only had 54 k miles on it but the air conditioning went out just in time for a heat wave! I had an extended warranty from when I had bought it in another state .

It was very difficult to get the answers I needed from the warranty company  but I took it to Chris Fisher;  he diagnosed the exact issue, got me a great loaner which was part of the warranty coverage, managed all the complexities with the warranty, and got me back to my car working great. Due to the warranty being applied correctly, my part of the cost was much smaller than the whole cost so this was a huge relief. Chris is a great communicator, was vey kind when I initially panicked because of the warranty phone labyrinth, and managed this wonderfully. Everyone who worked on my car did a great job, and the staff is polite and friendly.  As we are new to Erie  we are happy to have found auto repair we can trust.

I went to have my car inspected, it was all covered in snow prior to me showing up there, they were super timely respectful and they melted all the snow off to make my baby shine. The staff super welcoming and are willing to help in anyway they can. I've gotten two cars there and both times it's been amazing
