This review focuses on my new vehicle purchase experience. I researched vehicles online and entered my email and the vehicle I was interested in. Within an hour or less, the salesman reached out to me. I quickly found out the vehicle I liked was sold. The salesman, Carlos Sanchez, quickly provided vehicle options that were on the lot AND they were EXACTLY what I was looking for. I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle and when I showed up Carlos was waiting and the vehicle ready to be looked over and test driven. Carlos showed me the vehicle professionally and explained some features. We went to his office and started the negotiation. The sales manager, Frank Chavez, spoke with me during the negotiation, explained the dealership’s perspective, genuinely listened to mine, and we came to an agreement. Bottom line: I walked away very satisfied with the offer and purchased the vehicle.  I met with Don Gutierrez for the paperwork and he was friendly, professional, and efficient. Overall, I had an outstanding experience and would highly recommend and encourage others to give Carlos Sanchez an opportunity to help you get into a great vehicle.

Words can not describe the staff at this dealership. Andrew Cione the salesman who guided me throughout the entire process was super nice and relaxed. Never was pushy or aggressive in anyway. He knew my situation and still treated me as a high year customer, Adrian was able to turn over a denied loan into an approval. Don explained everything in the back end of the numbers. I’ve been to 10+ dealerships and never have I ever seen such an easy process and amazing staff.
