The Sales Manager, Mike, was transparent by willing to give me an out the door price before I even came in. Once I got there for a test drive, Alana was only concerned about what we wanted and how she could help us. They both did terrific, while we didn't buy the car we showed up for, they helped my wife and I find what fit our needs as well as our budget. Luiz, our salesman was extremely helpful and patient, giving us plenty of space to consider our next move, without pressure.  When it appeared we might not reach a deal, the sales manager sat down with us and offered a number of suggestions to bridge the gap.
