Great experience! I wanted my payments to be no more than a certain amount; dealership cut me a great deal to make it happen! AND free lifetime oil changes! My sales representative really knew his stuff about my new car, which helped seal the deal for me. Would definitely do business there again!

The service upon arrival was good, but making the initial appointment was somewhat,  blah... I have a new genesis,  ask could they pick up my vehicle for service,  the rep over thphone said that they wont be able to until the new year. Which I understand.  But she neglected to tell me that they would arrange for transportation back to my job, or cover the cost of a ride share.

Once I brought in my vehicle,  everything was good. Very attentive and courteous.  It doesn't seem to be a one stop shop type of thing. For example,  i needed help with my connective services,  I was told that I had to drive to another department to get that done. I also asked about repairing some lettering on my car, that could not or was not address.

I definitely see the difference in going to a genesis dealership.

Overall,  I GOT WHAT I NEEDED.

Service department was hard to find as it was separated from the sales department. Waiting room was average. It took 2 1/2 hours to do a oil change and rotate the tires. I was not offered to have car picked up services.
