Can I tell you how amazing it is to have a saleswoman in your corner?! Catherine was incredible from start to finish. In the whole month I was shopping for various models, she never rushed me, never pressured me and never made me try to spend more money. She was professional, patient, kind and knowledgeable. If you’re in the market for a new car and looking for top notch, first class service, do yourself a favor and ask for Cesare at Genesis of the South Shore. I was so impressed by the new showroom, and as I walked in, Cesare politely introduced himself and helped me right away. I knew exactly what I wanted, and he was prompt and willing to go above and beyond to make it happen. Within a short 3 hours, the car was prepped, and paperwork was ready to go. Overall the service was good. I’ll just list the things that I thought was not an ideal experience. Looks like there was an issue with the process as the text notifications to confirm appointment was correct for 8:30 am vale drop off but Virginia had 8 am on her system. She was great and resolved quickly. Car arrived at 8:45 as I’m not too far away from the dealership. When the truck was dropped off after service, the cabin smelled like gas for 2 days. Odor still present but not as strong. My baby seat in the back seat was removed and just place in the back. Car Seat is behind the passenger seat so I really don’t know why it was touched and moved other than if someone needed to ride in the passenger seat.
