I just bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD from Gerry Raymond Chevrolet.  This was the smoothest auto purchase I’ve ever done!!!  I dealt with Brandon on the phone trying to get time to come and look at it.  He was very polite and didn’t constantly pester me about it.  When I finally got there, Brandon was with another customer and he had Adam work with me.  Adam was great as well.  They honored what they quoted me for my trade just from text and pics and worked with me on the price of the truck.  After the purchase I had the truck for two days and received a call from Brandon that they were supposed to install new brakes and hadn’t completed that yet.  They could have just let it go and I wouldn’t have been any the wiser.  Very honest company!!  In addition I have a lifetime warranty on any internally lubricated item on the vehicle offered free by Gerry Raymond for just a $100 deductible.

So I first came to the service department because another garage said I had a small oil leak and needed to get my car into a Chevy dealership. At my first visit they just put dye in my oil basin and told me to come back in about a week. I did so and they checked, no leak. They offered to do some service to my car due to my 60,000 miles and I obliged. Then my engine light came on so I decided to go back and get it checked. Excellent service all the times I sought service. Thank you all so much for helping me out. Truly appreciate the professional treatment and thorough care of my car.
