I did not have an appointment and VW got my Passat in within a hour to change my oil. Rose was a sweetheart and talked me through a couple recalls and routine maintenance that I wasn’t even aware of. The techs even came out to talk with me. I also had to stop in their Collision Center and Brianna wrote me a estimate and gave me some info. about insurance etc. The whole crew is knowledgeable and kind. My Passat and I are in good hands, not going anywhere else.

Gezon motors collision repairs for the win y’all!! My heart was broken when I got hit less than a month ago in my new 24’ Nissan but collision repairs had me in and out in no time!! I herd many things the last year with people being in accidents and waiting months for repairs but my girl Brianna over there had me set and ready to go in no time!! She let me know about all the things going on in the repairs when doors came in when they were painted and when they were ready to go!! Customer service at its finest guys!!
