It was my first time buying a car and Jeff made it an easy and smooth process. He didn't push or make me feel pressured! He made it so I could get my dream car, he was personal and professional and made me feel proud in my accomplishment.
After a couple of days he called to check up on me and was very sweet. I also texted him when I had a couple of questions, which he answered in less than 30 minutes. He was even at home, and he took time out of his day to respond to me and to send me a video of how to reset something on my cars screen.

They didn’t try to force services on me but did highlight for me things they saw I may need in the near future and gave me a list. So we started our journey the beginning of December with a different sales rep and purchased a beautiful 2024 elantra and my husband only had the car a week and totaled it out. Jeff contacted us to get a new one and when we got there he took care of us and even got us in an upgraded model with a cheaper payment then we had before. So if you want quality in cars and service go out and see Jeff he will take care of you and make the process feel a little less annoying. Professional, friendly and will definitely get you on the road. Evan the finance manage has a great personality and works to get you a payment you want not what they want.
