This review is more than just recommendation, it is a celebration of kindness and generosity. My Ford Expedition had been at another local repair shop for accidental brake damage. After days of no luck I was in a stressful situation with kids and aging parents needing me back home in California, I called Zach Carlson, who graciously answered my call and offered to fit us in that very day for an inspection. Brystal and the team at Glenwood Ford delivered the best service I have ever experienced, in any industry.  My F150 unfortunately had an issue while down in Telluride and had to be towed to Glenwood Ford.  Not only did they get my truck fixed and back on the road by the next day, they also delivered it to my house.  We have two young kids so being carless is a major problem, and they were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and went above and beyond.
