Most of the process was swift. Initially I went in after doing research with 3 or 4 different options i set for myself.  They asked me what I really wanted and what my budget was.  Apparently I could get what I wanted at a price I can pay. I am happy with the car and the deal I got and all of the people were very friendly and accommodating. The only small hiccup I had was with OnStar customer service and not the dealership itself.

Best experience we have ever had leasing a new vehicle.  We have been dealing with the same dealership for 20 years. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out with new cars, the experience was the most pleasant I've ever had in purchasing a car. Geoff Champion, our salesman, was very accommodating and answered my questions about the car and the financing. He was very positive and looked at our situation and presented us with the best deal. We were there until late at night, but he stayed the entire time to wait for us to go through financing and get my car set-up to leave the lot. He even followed-up with me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the car. John helped me with all of the specific features on the Chevrolet, and got me set-up with On Star and explained all of their services, he also was great and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend purchasing/leasing a car from your dealer to anyone, it was an overall pleasant and stress-free experience.
