Jeff and Nick are a breath of fresh air in the car dealership world — genuinely friendly, super easy to work with, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. The buying process was smooth, painless, and quick — exactly what you'd hope for but rarely find. I found the perfect car for myself, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I was in the market for a used Ford Expedition,  several candidates popped up on my web search.  Good Car in Castle Rock was the closest ( I live in Southern New Mexico).  After several e-mails back and forth with I felt
comfortable enough to wire the money, then flew up the next day and showed up on the Good Car doorstep the following morning.  I felt like it was a big leap of faith, but I was not disappointed.  Walking around their showroom I saw all their vehicles were in immaculate shape.  Their cars are cherry picked.  Jeff and Nick were great, killed the used car salesman stereotype.  I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

We took our 2011 Camry to Good Car Deals to see if we could sell this vehicle to them because we had bought a new Camry. We worked with Nick who was easy to work with. He looked it over, took it for a drive and then we talked about Blue Book value. We went in with a number we wanted in mind which we were able to get from them. Buying a used car can always be a gamble, but the team at Good Car Deals is a diamond in the rough. The showroom is immaculate, the inventory is above market, and the team is what you want in the car-buying process. Had a minor issue right after delivery, and Nick took care of it within 20 minutes. Next time I'm in the market for a used vehicle, there's only one place I'll check out.
