I had been dealing with Andy Durr for years until his passing.  After that the service dept seemed to really take a plunge in customer service.  This was the first time I dealt with Daniel Reeves and I was quite pleasantly surprised.  He was very nice to deal with and because of him I give you guys a Five Star.

Daniel Reaves has been very helpful in my last service with my Cayenne.  He explained how many miles til my next service and I asked him to vacuum out my trunk. He did. He is wonderful to work with

Recently had my 911 in for insurance repair and I wanted to give a sincere 'Thank you!' to both Daniel for keeping me informed as the repair process evolved and really understanding my perspective, as well as Kenneth in the shop who definitely got deep into the details and made sure the car was put back together as good as new!
Super impressed with both of them for communicating frequently and with clarity on what was being done, how long it would take and dealing with any delays that popped up throughout the repair.
