Can't express views without seeing the finished product. No one has called me to let me know  the vehicle is done.
This is in response to the finished product. First of all, Shannon was very helpful through all the process. I'm patient so I didn't have a problem with the added time to get my vehicle repaired. And I know that when other businesses are added for specialty items such as rust proofing, one can only be patient.  After prepping the car for delivery the rust proofer made a problem for Graff so that the car was in need of cleaning, again.Shannon made arrangements to have it done, at no cost to me. Which was greatly appreciated.  Shannon also was kind in checking that the bill was in line with the expected services. " Great experience. " Thank you so much.  By the way the vehicle looks great.
