I ordered a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid Limited on 1/31/2024, working with Taylor Coster. I took delivery this week. This was an entirely superlative ordering/buying experience at Gray Daniels! Taylor is highly knowledgeable, personable, honest, and just a pleasure for my wife and I to work with on this major purchase!

Duane in Finance was also super! He went through the finance and additional extended warranty options without pressure of any kind. Not what one might expect but we’ve found that Gray Daniels has that corporate culture.

Wonderful service department! Took my husband's Tacoma in for service maintenance and was met by a very friendly service advisor, told him what I needed and he got on it right away. Turned out that there were a couple of things that, due to mileage, were being recommended. At that point, they had already done the basic maintenance and tire rotation, and then the advisor told me what was being recommended. He wasn't pushy about it and explained everything, but let me make the decision. I chose to go ahead and get it taken care of and even with the extra that was done, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Very nice professional people who really care about their customers. I appreciate all of them and will be taking my car in next week to have it serviced. Thanks for the great, quality service done in a timely manner! ????

So happy with my new Toyota crown. Timmy Woo kept us posted with the vehicle we were waiting for and would let us know when it had arrived.  He gave us the facts …let us make our own opinions.  This is a fresh approach to buying a car when so many dealers say what they think the customers want to hear.  We were not pressured and before and after the sale Woo took his time explaining the details of the car.

Felix made the paperwork so easy.  He was patient, kind and even made us laugh.  It was as if we have known each other for years …but this was our first time meeting.  Felix and Woo are one reason we will return for future Toyota purchases.  Thanks to a great team.  I would give them each more than  5 stars but there were only 5 to select.    Thanks guys

I scheduled an appointment. As soon as I arrived, someone greeted me to take my car back for an oil change. Less than 30 minutes later I was checking out! Prompt and great service along with excellent customer service! The best oil change experience I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely return for future service needs!
