Pleasantly satisfied and surprised. Drawing from past experiences in buying a vehicle, where the sales person parades beween the manager and me several times (for hours) to "get" me the best price was not an event that I was looking forward to. We dropped by the Greenbrier Ford location in Lewisburg, WV on Saturday (6/17) looking for a late-model Ford F-150.  We were greeted by Julie Samples and she took us on a tour of their inventory.  We learned that Julie owns an F-150 so she is extremely knowledgeable on the F-150 product line and their options.

Although we were unable to find an F-150 with a V8 and leather seats, Julie employed her search skills in the dealer network and found a 2023 that met our exact needs.  Julie located the F-150 faster than you can say "squirrel."  The dealership where she found our F-150 was about 180 miles from Lewisburg, so they picked it up for us on Monday.  Our new F-150 was ready for delivery the next day.

Greenbrier Ford provided us with a very positive "no hassle" buying experience and their sales representative Julie Samples is very friendly and knowledgeable.
