He ensured we understood everything and that we were happy with our purchase. The finance guy Bubba also did great with the closing and ensured we understood eveything we signed. Best and easiest way to buy a car. Funny story.... We were at Drive time in Madison, right next door to Kia. We were outside talking about the car we were buying from Drive time, when Dennis the manager of Kia, shouts over and says we should buy a car from him instead. I said, you can't steal me as a customer, and he was like, oh yes I can. Dennis said he could approve us, 100%. He was so adamant about it and so fun and engaging. Well, turns out the approval we got online from Drive time was not real. They said we could get a car for 800 down and 475 a month. When we got there with the same criteria, they wanted 3,800 down. Not to mention, transferred us to 4 different salesman.Needless to say, we left upset for their dishonesty. We were sitting in the car and I told my son, let's just go over to Kia and see what happens. When we walked in, first thing Dennis said,It took you long enough . So true to his word, he brought us Frederick, our salesman,he got my son into a 2024 Kia forte for 800 down. I was talking to Dennis about my likes for luxury cars and he said you see that car right there, pointing to the one in the showroom. He said he could get me in that car. I said he couldn't because I just bought a 2023 1 month ago. He said he could. In the end, he got me into a 2024 Kia Sportage, a brand new car for a little less than what the 2023 was gonna cost me and THE KICKER.... NO MONEY DOWN. So we went there for 1 car and left with 2. Why? Because Dennis is a man of his word. Fredrick is a great salesman, and keeps you company and informed during the whole process. I will send them more customers and be happy doing it. They have beautiful and reliable vehicles. They can be trusted. While we were there, every single salesman had a customer, that should tell you how great their customer service is. Plus a big bonus..... THEY WASH THE CAR AND GIVE YOU A FULL TANK OF GAS FOR FREE!!!! DENNIS IS GREAT, (MANAGER) FREDERICK IS GREAT, (SALESMAN), TIMOTHY IS GREAT, ( FINANCIAL MANAGER). Car buying is stressful and it's hard to find a dealership to trust. I had fun shopping for cars and the whole process was pleasant and enjoyable. I can't say enough about Dennis, he is the man when it comes to selling you a car. If he says it, he will do it. Go by there if your car or truck shopping and drive home in a new vehicle. You won't regret it. Thanks so much, Dennis, Frederick and Timothy.   You guys are aces!!!?

If I could give more than 5 stars I def would! First start to finish I had the most amazing experience at any dealership I ever had in my life and I have worked for a few myself, just not as a salesperson. I didn’t get the pleasure to meet James that’s over this Kia dealership in person but he went over and beyond even when he went on vacation during my buying process. And as for Reena my sales lady.. she was just awesome. She was so professional and NOT ONCE pushy to me. They listened to my wants and needs and made it happen. And all issues whether big or small was no issue to them. Reena stayed in contact with me and kept every promise made and then some. She didn’t make me feel like I was just another sale to her. She treated me with respect and was honest about everything. She refused to allow me to leave unhappy  or fully satisfied and was able to answer all my questions and I never once had to repeat myself or say no more than once. She def knows everything about the vehicles she sales and if she didn’t know something she got back to me quickly with an answer. If you are looking for someone that is understanding and driven to take care of you as a person and not just a customer but as a friend for life… she’s your go to Saleslady!! You won’t regret giving her a few moments of your time no matter if you know exactly what you want feature wise or are unsure!! Go holla at my girl!! She won’t disappoint you!!

My wife and I were in the market for a new family car and worked with Virgil. He was awesome and showed us several different options to choose from. Virgil really knew the cars and was able to walk us through all the features on each vehicle. Ultimately we decided to purchase a Carnival and are very happy with our purchase. The whole team was very helpful throughout the purchasing process. Not to mention we had our 2 year old and a newborn with us and the staff was very accommodating to my wife and our kids.

Overall, I would definitely do business with them again. I felt like they were very upfront and transparent about all the pricing which is a nice change from my previous experiences.
