From the original contact from Kari to schedule a visit, to my initial test drives and discussions with Herbie, and through my purchase in which Walt stepped in to help while Herbie was with another customer. Teamwork!  I never felt any pressure.  I did feel very supported, and even when it came to negotiating a final price, I felt the discussion was fair and honest.  Great people doing great work!

I love taking my vehicle here that way they can keep track of any work and maintenance that has ever been done to it. The guy at the service counter is always very personable and friendly. When I had to get brakes and rotors on my car at one time, they made me fresh coffee and offered me snacks of their own during the wait because I chose to stay in the waiting area. ????

I am not one to write many reviews but this is one I felt I needed to do. In the one year we have lived in Conneaut, we have taken both of our vehicles here to get oil changes and other maintenance repairs. They have always been able to get us in quickly, be very up front with what’s needed, fair priced, and extremely pleasant.
We also had to use the body shop services and I can not say enough good things. They were willing to speak with our insurance and take care of our vehicle. They were extremely organized, professional and even got our vehicle done quicker than anticipated. Needless to say, we have been recommending this place to all of our friends and family. We have not used the sales department yet but I am sure that will be coming in the future. Highly recommend!
