This was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership and it was done all out of state! Huge S/O to John Chady, GM. When it comes to communication, this guy is where it’s at. From the order being placed in March, to staying in touch the entire way, he made sure to keep me up to date the whole time. He also went above and beyond to keep all paperwork etc for me as the car is a GT500 track pack and a future collectible. I requested for the car to not be touched when delivered from Ford, and John made sure that this was communicated through the entire dealership which many have difficult doing.
