My salesman Matt was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I never felt pressured to purchase anything, but instead given the flexibility to go about purchasing the vehicle in my own comfort zone, ie test driving it twice, and bringing it home to park in my garage.  Nick in finance was also helpful and worked with me to get the payments and extra coverage I desired. Plus I was in and out of his office within 15 minutes.! Who doesn’t love that? Due to circumstance beyond our control, my husband and I had to go and look for another family car we could use to transport our dogs to their different activities. We stopped at Griffin Ford in Waukesha where we bought our first Ford Explorer in 2020. We were looking at used Ford Explorers and were met in the parking lot by Karim Laasiri. He showed us the different cars on the lot and we picked one we liked. He saved the car for us and kept checking on our progress in getting things settled so we could buy a car. We recently went back to Griffin Ford and bought our third Ford Explorer from them. It was not a planned purchase but I received a call from Ali out of the blue and was telling him I was not happy with the last car we bought because we lost some of the features we had with our first Ford Explorer. He invited us to come in and look at what they had. He said they had a car that had the features I was looking for. That car he first showed us was not what we were looking for but Ali did continue to work with us to find what we wanted. We bought the Ford Explorer ST pictured. We have had the car for two weeks now and love it. It fulfilled what we were looking for and we want to thank Ali and Griffin Ford for working with us. Another satisfied customer.
