I went to Grove Honda this weekend and bought a new EV vehicle. I would like to say if you’re looking for a dealership that treat you well and isn’t pushy this is the place for you! My salesman was Dominick and he was very accommodating and listen to my needs and wants for my vehicle. John was our sales manager and took great care of us with working with us on the finances and everything else. I was always sold on Honda, but this team is awesome!

Just a quick note to acknowledge the great customer service I experienced today at Groove Honda in Colorado Springs. I called to see if the store had a windshield wiper insert. David took my call. He was super friendly and personable! He acknowledged that he had the part and said they could put it on for me. Within the hour I drove to the store. David immediately had the part available for me. I told him I could put it on myself, but he politely encouraged me to let Team Honda do the work. Instructed to pull into the bay, I did so. I was immediately met by Cody who was friendly and helpful. He had the insert on my car in seconds! Wow! It's rare to receive such great service! Keep training your staff to provide this level of service and please acknowledge these two gentleman on their efforts!

Your are NOT  going to find better service, and more Honda experience than Danny (Service advisor), and Jeff (Master technician).  They are simply the BEST!  I have taken my fleet of Honda's (6 ) since Groove was Freedom Honda.  Although all of the staff and administration personnel are great, Danny and Jeff is why I continue to bring my vehicles to Groove Honda.  Don't let ever lose them.  They treat me like family!  Outstanding Men!
