What made Groove Mazda such a great experience was my salesman, Nunoo! Besides being knowledgeable and very personable, he went above and beyond to make me a happy, satisfied customer. He drove all the way across town to personally install the locking lug nuts I had been promised! You just don't see that level of customer service anymore.

After an underwhelming experience at the Toyota dealership in the area Groove Mazda and the people we interacted with was a breath of fresh air. There's probably many reasons our sales person Rebekah is one of the best performers in the groove family. Everything we experienced from the team at this dealership is what the whole car buying experience should be like. When the CX 90 has all its "new model" kinks sorted out (hopefully soon) I am heading back to this dealership for sure.

Mark was absolutely amazing in helping me find a Mazda and even delivered it to me in Boulder as my car had broken down.
