The car was ready when I showed up and it was pristine! Their computers were being whacky that day, so they just gave me the keys to the car, without signing anything, and asked me to come back a couple of days later to sign the documents. There were some significant misunderstandings on my part due to miscommunication on their part. However, the sales manager, Kenny, went above and beyond to apologize and rectify the situation.
