I found the vehicle I wanted, hit the “I’m interested” tab, I got a call from Myron shortly after. He introduced himself pleasantly, and from there I was good! He had it ready to test drive the next day , (on Sunday!)
I drove it, Loved it! … His partner Paul ran the numbers, I put a deposit down,
Came back next day, Finance mgr Frank got me in & out w/in the hour!
Everyone was engagingly courteous and eager to fulfill my request!

What can I say other than best dealership I have ever been to!! Went completely out of their way to make sure I was happy with my vehicle! I initially bought a Subaru Impreza GTi, 2 days later I decided that I just didn’t love the ride or the payment! This was nothing that they did wrong, it was merely my mistake settling for something I thought I would grow to like. There was also nothing wrong with the Subaru It drove me an hour away home to work and an hour back to the dealer no problem!! I called and asked if they would work with me, I had figured that wouldn’t happen. Not with these guys! They told me come back and let’s see what we can do. Sure enough I am signing for a 2016 Volkswagen Golf GTI. Thank you Paul and Colin Hall for being so patient with me and making me feel comfortable with my purchase! Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews on here. My Suggestion is, if you have a problem with this dealership, ask them nicely to help you and they will go out of their way to make you happy I have been to several dealerships and my experience has never been so good! I will only buy cars from these guys from now on!!! Thank you, GTX!!!!
