Owners are great people, both from a business perspective and from a humanity perspective.

We purchased a vehicle from them earlier this year, and had some unspecified issues with it not long after buying. After a little back and fourth with the dealer, we came to a reasonable solution that I believe was the best outcome we could've asked for.

They absolutely could have told us to screw off, as we bought the car as is. They'd have been 100% able to do so, and there would've been nothing we could do about it.
