For the past three months, I’ve been diligently test driving various Jeep models in search of the perfect fit. On a whim, I decided to explore trade-in options at Hall Honda, where I stumbled upon the car of my dreams. Impressed by the service from the team, I’m eager to share my experience, although I’m waiting to review the car itself until I’ve ensured its quality. Dan, the sales manager, stood out for his exceptional listening skills, patience, and clear communication. From the initial call he made me feel comfortable.  Despite their role in selling cars, I never felt pressured or unable to discuss my budget and expectations openly with him. During my three-hour visit, Dan even went above and beyond by offering to buy me lunch and providing snacks. Demario was equally fantastic, displaying patience and enthusiasm as he answered my numerous questions. Byron, in finance, was both informative and humorous, making the process enjoyable. As a woman navigating this significant decision solo, it’s often daunting to engage with male sales people. However, this team made me feel comfortable and supported throughout. I came in with a difficult upside down situation and was paired with Marcellus. Not only was he professional and transparent, he even bought me some food while I was waiting because I was getting hangry lol. I was very strict with what I was looking for and gave him a time limit of an hour to see what they can do. Well Marcellus made It happen. My payment is still a little more than what I wanted but I got into a lease and I am no longer upside down. I am really happy with my decision and the professionalism of this dealership. They even gifted me a nice yeti style tumbler and fresh cookies as a thank you for doing business. Customer service goes a long way and Hall Honda has It. We would like to express our gratitude to the entire Honda Huntersville team, especially the super professional manager Eric Crawford. This is our first new car in the USA, before that we were in other dealerships, but since they helped us here, no one could. Eric spent a lot of time with us, given the fact that our English is not perfect, he explained everything and made great conditions for buying a car.
