The whole process was very smooth and simple from sales to finance. Gary my sales guy made everything painless and made it a no pressure sale! I told him the car i wanted and we made it work! Very kind guy, made sure it worked out for my family. Zac in finance was amazing also, explained the whole financing part and payments in great detail and worked with Gary and fought to make sure we got approved! Amazing amazing customer service. I will be returning for my vehicle needs in the future!! I am going to love this 2019 jeep compass!!

My first car. I went in knowing what I wanted in a car. Ray Rood helped me find the cars that fit that description and was honest about the pros and cons. Better, he helped me understand what I should look for for insurance. Everyone was kind and polite. My Chevy Trax is a great SUV. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I paid top dollar for a used truck from Dave Hallman and when I took it in for the first oil change about three months later, it had oil and transmission leaks. The repairs are estimated in thousands of dollars, and the company refused to cover any of the cost. I went to them because I thought they were reputable and would want to do good business, ~~ but evidently they're a company of common swindlers~~.

UPDATE: I called Dave Hallman's company after their response to my review (which they solicited, to their credit) and they scheduled the truck for service. I hope to have the issue resolved soon and that in the end it's just a matter of inconvenience.

UPDATE: I took the truck in and they serviced it. I appreciate Dave Hallman doing good business, caring about and earning their reputation.
