Considering that this was a sight-unseen purchase from out of state, Chris went above and beyond all my expectations in satisfying my requests. They sent all the paperwork by over-night delivery and also assisted in shipping the car, beating all my expectations from initial discussions to final delivery. Service was great and quick. Had to get a battery level sensor reprogrammed. They gave us a loaner, had lunch and was notified during lunch our car was ready for pickup.
