Upon arrival for an appointment, the Service Advisor guides through the process for whatever the required procedure; from the smile with which you are greeted, the respect received by keeping appointment times and updates given along the way, to the time the keys are delivered back and being escorted to your vehicle.  All questions are kindly and thoroughly answered and explained, all charges completely reasonable.   I love that this dealership is owned and operated by Veterans.
