My car salesman Ronnie knows how to sell cars. He knows that when a person comes to test drive the vehicle they have already done the research on the vehicle and from what they saw they liked. Ronnie offered advice when asked, but did not over complicate things by forcing conversation on the whys and why nots. I appreciated being given space to think about the vehicle instead of having a car salesman talk incessantly about nothing while test driving the vehicle. Ronnie helped me through the transaction and worked with me as well as his manager to get me down to what I wanted in a monthly payment. It felt like a special experience coming to the dealership at a time organized with Ronnie to purchase and he had laid out all the goodies for me including a pink hat. It’s the little things. I appreciated the sales manager for his cut and dry attitude while keeping it honest. It was a good experience for me and I appreciated the respect shown to me as a female customer.

I had an important sensor fail on my 2023 Sierra Denali that disabled the adaptive cruise control, front end collision safety feature and the blind spot warning light feature. I was planning a trip in just a few days and didn't want to travel with those conditions. The service department diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the necessary part. There was delay in receiving the part (through no fault of Harry's). They followed up, got the part the next day and worked me into their busy schedule so I could leave for our trip on time.
