Had to take my car in for service due to an issue with the door locks.  Service was quick based on the situation and needing to order parts and everything is resolved and working again, but the experience really was made significantly better thanks to Megan in the service center.  She was kind, friendly, and provided EXCELLENT communication in terms of the status of my car throughout the entire process. The whole experience, from scheduling a test drive to driving away with a new-to-me Nissan Pathfinder, was smooth & enjoyable. Special mention to Olivia in scheduling-she responded promptly to my request & got me set up with the actual vehicle I wanted to see, which I ended up purchasing. A big shoutout to my salesperson, Michael, who was legitimately a pleasure to work with! He was never pushy but he was proactive in making sure we drove away with a clean & well-maintenanced car, putting new tires & new brakes on before we picked it up.
