I highly recommend Hatchett Hyundai West! Me and my husband just recently moved to Wichita so we did not even know where to begin looking for a car. Caleb our salesman was awesome! We got there at 5:30 on a Saturday (30 minutes before close)He showed us 3 different cars.  We even test drove 2! He was even going to start paperwork. We knew it was past 6 and he already went above and beyond so we told him we will come start the process Monday. He helped us every step of the way. He  was never was pushy and was very knowledgeable. Kurt in finance is so down to earth! He made us feel very comfortable with our car buying experince! Also gave us some pointers on how to build our credit.  That is another reason to shop Hatchett! We had NO CREDIT! Kurt still got us approved! And was able to do so with what was in our budget! It’s always a little scary moving to a new state and having to find all new service places . I was with my old dealership in Las Vegas for 15 years. Tyler the service rep was very nice answered all my questions and explained the services completed to me. I was very impressed with the speed of my service work. Thank you for an easy transition.

I really appreciated and was impressed how the team at Hatchett Hyundai West worked together and were all outstanding professionals.  Noah was the primary Sales Person I worked with, and during one visit while Noah was working with another customer, Adrian stepped in and worked with me until Noah was available... also providing excellent assistance.  I was also able to work with both Christian -- the Sales Manager, and Eric -- the Finance Manager, and they were both a pleasure to work with.  The whole team was very positive, uplifting and very customer focused.  Their efforts have made me want to continue working with Hatchett Hyundai West for service and future sales opportunities, even though the Hyundai East facility is much closer to me.  Bottom line, I'd give the team and the experience a rating of 12 out of 10 if that was possible.  Thanks for a great experience!
