I felt cared for and well tended in this largest ever purchase made on my own.    Jeffrey spent time with me answering questions, listening to and alleviating my anxieties with patience, exploring the options I was considering, even helping me by driving other car home on a dark rainy night with bad traffic so I could drive my car off the lot (adding an extra hour to his day after the dealership had closed!).   And he was incredibly pleasant company.   It takes a while to buy a car, and he found common ground for connection and humor.    Others in the office such as the lovely woman at the front desk (whose name I can’t remember) and Austin from financing were supportive and helpful and pleasant to deal with .
