From the very beginning, my connection with the dealership was through Goran. He actively responded to an inquiry late on a Saturday. Bye the following Friday I was in Houston to buy the vehicle. He made the experience effortless.
It was very important for him to get me all the information I needed prior to the purchase 8n order to make a decision. Since I flew into Houston for the purchase from South Carolina,  Goran helped arrange for transportation from the Houston airport to the dealership. About 20 miles.
Goran's courtesy and professionalism was above this rating. It was like working with an old college friend.
His sales manager Kurt was great to work with also. Because the purchase was out of state, it was a little tricky but Kurt ironed out the details on fees and taxes, etc... Kurt reminded me of one of my cousins. Same demeanor, and polite and active listener.
We looked a long time to find something and found it at Helfman. Part of which was the customer service.
I'm not sure I should say this but Goran went so far as to stay in contact with me during his time off. Which is above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you.
From the first contact to the time I drove off the lot with the car I felt like I was family at Helfman.
I highly recommend working with Goran, and Kurt will see the details through. He even made changes at the signing on some fees and did a great job shopping around our finance rates! From what I saw when I met other members of the team at the dealership, I believe they are all capable of delivering the same type of customer service.
Thank you very much gentlemen. When I pulled in the driveway with the car, the family was awestruck and excited.  We love the Stelvio!  By the way, the 16-hour drive home to South Carolina was the most comfortable as I've ever been in a car for that length of time.

I am very satisfied with both the finance department and the sales representatives at this dealership I bought a 2019 Alpha Romero Stelvio, the sales Representatives Freddy, and Elijah are both amazing individuals very personable great customer service and listening skills when it comes to meeting customers needs and expectations and what they are looking for not only in the type of vehicle that they want but what price range best suits their needs the finance directors Brandon and the other gentleman are amazing as well. They are both straight shooters and care about their customers I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone this is the third Alpha Romero dealership I visited and I was definitely satisfied after both visits
