Molly and Barret took a poor car buying incident and turned it into an exceptional experience.
I initially went to another dealership to purchase a car for my son. We almost completed the sale on a car he really wanted, but it just didn't feel right.  We felt as if we were being taken advantage of and pushed some. We left that dealership and decided to explore options at Toyota.
At first, my husband called ahead and explained the entire situation to Beret. By the time we arrived, Beret was with another customer but made sure Molly took care of us right away. They worked together and had a welcoming team atmosphere that gave positive vibes.
