We will always recommend Hershman for Pre-Owned cars. I bought a car from Roger here in 12-19. He was friendly, kind, and very fair during the sale, answering all our questions and concerns. Fast forward to now, over 3 years later, I was ready to sell. It had been a worry free, repair free car during that time. We were frustrated trying to sell it privately or to a dealer. We weren't getting a fair value, and we didn't want to take our chances with an out of Elkins dealer. My wife suggested calling Roger back at Hershman. We are pretty new to the area, and needed a second car for my wife’s work. We called ahead of time, but ended up coming in a day early to look at the car.
