Yes, Heveners is a small car lot in a small town. I believe that's why they care as much as they do. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome. Richie had my best interest in mind throughout the whole process and no negotiating was nessesary just open honest conversation. Even months after my purchase they made sure I enjoyed the vehicle and that it was running well. To me this shows honor, respect and the utmost integrity. Can't say enough good about Patty and Dickie. Honest folks, selling good used vehicles and BACKING what they sell. If you buy here you are treated as a person and not just a number or sell.
