We did not have the lock key to take off the tire but they made it possible to get our spare on. This dealership is fair, a pleasure to work with, and more than accommodating for their customers. Skylar was wonderful to work with and negotiating (as daunting as it can be) was really reasonable. I felt comfortable and in fact felt respected and a willingness to be worked with. The papers were FedEx'd to me as I'm out of state and they accommodated me picking up the car on a Sunday (closed day of the week) as that was my only availability.
