My wife and I were on the road home to LA from Oregon when the engine light came on. We got off the 5 freeway and ended up at Hibdon. Nicole was very helpful and Arriana gave us a lift to some local lodging while we waited for the diagnosis . They had us back on the road the next day! Highly recommend this place!

MAYBE 5 STARS!!!! I will be updating my review shortly I have been really pleased with me and my wife's experience here. Me and my wife came here after recommendations by several people for the fact they work well with people that have no credit which is a situation me and my wife are in. We looked other places but could only get financed with the larger down payment or cosigner which we were trying to avoid but after some finagling Eric was able to get us financed and was able to come up with a vehicle that was right in line with what me and my wife were looking for. We did have to produce some more paperwork so had to come back a second day to finalize everything the only issue we have encountered is not but a few hours after driving off the lot our 2017 Jeep Cherokee it started displaying a service shifter light so we have contacted the dealership to get this resolved so depending on how the situation shakes out my review will either add that last star which I'm hoping is the case otherwise we'll be losing some Stars. But I'm hoping that I get to add that last star because overall for me and my wife's first experience buying a vehicle especially with not having any credit to speak of this experience has been very painless dealing with Eric the first day and then Suzanne II they were both great and making the whole process smooth and gave us some great tips along the way and as long as everything plays out accordingly me and my wife look forward to doing more business with them in the future

Had the best experience with Hibdon's service department.  Nicole was beyond helpful and kind.  The service was prompt, HONEST and exceeded all expectations.  A shop here in Chico told me I needed new brake pads.  I asked to get them done while Hibdon was working on another issue.  They told me I did not need to change them yet. WOW!  So grateful for the honesty!  So nice to find a shop that is protecting their customers.
