Came in to have a part replaced on my Mirage under my warranty. I had been approached last visit about trading it in and preapproved for financing so I decided to look at the website for used vehicles. I saw a 2021 Hyundai Venue “coming soon”. No pics had been posted so I decided to look over the lot. Devin Approached me and found the vehicle in the back and let me take a look. They printed out the financing at first and the number scared me and I almost didn’t even test drive it. Billy came out (he’s in service) and was like “man even if you don’t buy it it’s not a problem but what if you love it?” After I drove it and felt how smooth and sexy it was compared to my mirage I was about sold. The small hike in my monthly payment was definitely worth trading to a bigger, smoother vehicle with a prolonged warranty. I appreciate both of you guys! They also went out of their way staying past close of the service AND sales dept to get the vehicle ready for me to drive home. I’m coming in this Friday for the full detail! Thanks a bunch.
