Keeping my business local I called high tier automotive to change my brakes. They got me in almost immediately because it was the weekend. It was four days later Because of the weekend, they kept in contact with me all day today to let me know exactly what was wrong with my vehicle.
They are friendly,  they do not price gouge you and they don’t add add-ons on like other businesses do I will definitely be going back there for all my automotive needs if I could give them more than five stars I would!

Awesome customer service!! I dropped my car off for a repair after hours. The envelopes were all gone so I just dropped my keys through the slot. The next day when I went to pick up my car they told me when my keys landed inside the plastic part of the key that holds it on the ring broke. They not only glued my key so that it would stay on the ring but made me an extra key at no charge! I was totally blown away. Very reasonably priced and they were able to get me in pretty quickly. Great all around!
