This business is well ran and delivers top-notch customer service. I saw the listing on the CarGurus app and scheduled a viewing and test drive. Mike, was very accommodating in scheduling the appointment and had the car ready upon my arrival. After the test drive, Mike printed me a price quote and the vehicle’s CARFAX and maintenance history for me to take home. Never once did I feel I was being haggled or pressured into the sale. Mike wants his customers to feel comfortable and confident in their purchase. After sitting with the idea for a few days, I emailed Mike and agreed on a price. During the document signing, Mike was very thorough in explaining what each paper meant. We even veered off business to talk about fishing and our favorite cologne fragrances. At the end of the day I drove away a satisfied customer and happy with my new car. Mike saw me off and assured me that if I had any further questions about the car I could call and he would help.
