I finished work late so I couldn’t make it until 7:30pm to check out the vehicle I wanted. Lace in Service Dept. was great with updates and communication about my Tucson. I would’ve given the dealership five stars, but it took several days for them to discover what was wrong with my car and then the Hyundai Tech line went down and they ended up having my car for two weeks. The last few days they did provide me with a loaner. The dealership is under construction and their wash bay was down and the car was delivered back to me very dirty inside. Overall, the experience was good and I would return again
